With over 40 years of tax experience, Amro has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex tax matters with professionalism, honesty, and care. He is a Rutgers University Accounting graduate, a federally licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and an active member of NAEA and ASTPS.

Throughout his career, Amro has served as a tax preparer, consultant, educator, and trusted advisor, leading seminars and training for both taxpayers and tax professionals. Under his leadership, Badran Tax has helped thousands of clients resolve back taxes, IRS notices, audits, penalties, unfiled returns, and other serious tax issues.
